Climbing Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. Additional Information Stooping/Bending Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones. Hand Tasks Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter. Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes. Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes. Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel. DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Errands. REQUIRES Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. ESSENTIAL SKILLS Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area. Safety * Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting and climbing. Operate equipment and use tools according to established safety procedures. * Correct unsafe conditions in work area and promptly report any conditions that are not immediately correctable to supervisor. * Maintain tools and equipment and perform preventive maintenance as required. * Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures. Vehicle Operation * Drive bus following assigned route and adhering to established schedules. * Drive bus to and from extracurricular activities/field trips, as needed. * Anticipate problems such as traffic, weather, road conditions, and schedule changes and make necessary adjustments to ensure student safety and reduce delays. * Perform pre- and post-trip inspections according to specifications to ensure bus can be operated safely and notify supervisor of needed repairs. Keep buses clean and maintain appropriate level of fuel. * Report all accidents, vehicle damage, student injuries, and mechanical problems and complete required corresponding reports. * Complete routine maintenance/needed repairs. * Maintain upkeep on buses to ensure efficient and proper operation and cleanliness. Bus Transportation 18. Complete/Maintain all coursework, testing, trainings, and driving times required to retain a valid CDL license for school bus driver with passengers in the state of Texas. 19. Keep all such certifications, trainings, and licenses active/renewed during your employment with the district. 20. Keep your required DOT physicals current as required. 21. Take the utmost care of any passenger you are transporting and ensure the safety of riders to the best of your ability. 22. Provide transportation services, as needed, for students and/or employees. Student Management 23. Instruct students on safe entering, exiting, and passenger rules and regulations. Supervise students while they board and leave the bus and cross the street. 24. Maintain discipline and use effective behavior management control over groups of students. Report student discipline problems to appropriate administrator and communicate with teachers and parents regarding students' behavior when warranted. 25. Perform emergency evacuation of students on bus when the situations warrants. Safety 26. Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations for school buses. 27. Ensure proper condition of emergency equipment, such as first aid kit, fire extinguisher, flags, fuses, crow bar, and reflector. 28. Correct unsafe conditions in work area and promptly report conditions that are not immediately correctable to supervisor. Report any hazardous conditions along scheduled route. 29. Maintain all required certifications and updates, as well as physicals. Other 30.
