About This Role:
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Compliance. Reporting to the Director, Monitoring and Investigations, this role will help execute elements of the Company's healthcare compliance program, with an emphasis on policy management, auditing and monitoring of business activities and HCP payment transparency reporting. In addition, the candidate for this position will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer, the Director, Compliance, and other business colleagues and shall assist with managing Axsome's compliance operations in accordance with company policies, applicable state and federal regulations, and industry standards including those of the FDA, OIG, and CMS.
This is a field-based position that covers the Southwest Region, requiring extensive travel to support a robust compliance monitoring program. Candidates must reside within the Southwest Region.
Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
General Compliance Program Support
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the compliance program, including compliance investigations and training and monitoring workstreams designed to facilitate adherence to compliance policies and healthcare compliance regulations
Support the implementation of new and existing FDA and OIG guidance documents, emerging state and federal regulations, and industry codes to current policies, training and monitoring activities as they relate to business activities and communications with healthcare professionals and/or patients or patient advocacy organizations
Maintain current understanding of laws and regulations applicable to pharmaceutical/biotechnology compliance, along with recent industry trends and changes
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Training Program Support
Support Director, Monitoring and Investigations, in creation and maintenance of comprehensive compliance training plan in connection with compliance policies, including but not limited to new hire orientation, role or franchise-based training curricula, anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) program, privacy, and promotional regulations
Facilitate creation of Compliance training content, including alignment across trainings on core Compliance concepts, determination of best formats and methods for training delivery
Review and manage Compliance training assignments in training management system for enterprise-wide, franchise-specific and executive training curriculums
Track and assist with record retention of all Compliance training records in training management system
Review and monitor Compliance training assignments and completion, including following-up with employees who are late on assigned training
Development of additional slide decks to support the training program
Monitoring Program Support
Provide support to Director, Corporate Compliance in data gathering and execution of quarterly data monitoring activities related to employee adherence to Corporate Business Policies.
Participate in live monitoring of field activities such as patient events, advisory boards, symposia and hub activities
Update and oversee design and maintenance of monitoring dashboard for regional and global visibility to completion of annual monitoring activities
Manage communication to Sales Directors regarding annual Director-led monitoring requirements, track completion and documentation of Director-led monitoring of field teams
Conduct monitoring activities not limited to sitting in on field ride, speaker programs, virtual programs, and advisory boards
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is required
A minimum of 4 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical/healthcare legal/compliance/internal audit field. Experience in-house, at a regulatory agency, or at a major law firm also welcome.
Experience with statutes, regulations, guidance documents, enforcement trends, and best practices related to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or healthcare industry generally
Experience with the requirements for effective compliance programs as set forth in OIG Guidance and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines
Experience with the legal/compliance framework affecting the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry; including, but not limited to, sales and marketing fraud and abuse issues, OIG and other industry guidance documents, clinical trial regulations, and issues arising under the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Respiratory Therapist coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. As a vital part of the patient care team, the Respiratory Therapist performs a variety of diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures and monitors patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation.
What you will do in this role:
You will perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure. You will conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.
You will administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
You will assist with placement of artificial airways. You will initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
You will monitor patient for therapeutic response. You will notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response.

Responsible for leading the physician practice component of JCAHO reviews for their respective clinical department practice locations. Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies. Ensures the coordination of clinical procedural changes, new program development, standards of care and ongoing activities with the Director, Medical Group Operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare management, Clinical Field, Business/Finance or related field of study. Master's degree Business or Healthcare preferred
Experience - Five (5) years in physician practice management
In Lieu Of
Bachelor D. plus five (5) years of Prisma Health experience in Personnel Mgmt., Finance or Operations; OR
Bachelor D. plus three (3) years in physician practice management, personnel mgt, finance or operations; OR
Masters D plus three (3) years of a combination of Prisma Health and UMG physician practice management, personnel mgt, finance or operations; OR
HS Diploma plus ten (10) years of experience in physician practice management, personnel mgt, finance or operations including three (3) years healthcare management experience.

Core Responsibilities
Lead the Studio Experience
Ensure the Pilates Studio is welcoming, polished, and fully aligned with Midtown's boutique standards.
Oversee day-to-day operations including equipment readiness, safety, and overall presentation.
Maintain a visible presence on the floor to support members and uphold consistency.
Develop & Support the Instructor Team
Recruit, audition, and onboard exceptional Pilates instructors who embody our values.
Provide ongoing coaching, class audits, and development conversations rooted in kindness, clarity, and accountability.
Foster a team culture built on community, respect, and continuous improvement.
Deliver Programming That Inspires
Build a thoughtful, member feedback-driven class schedule that complements broader club programming.
Partner with the Program Manager to introduce workshops, events, and innovative offerings that deepen member engagement.
Create meaningful touchpoints that help new members feel welcomed and connected.
Drive Studio Performance
Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals set by the Program Manager.
Monitor key metrics (attendance, unique member participation, instructor productivity) and adjust strategy to drive growth.
Identify improvements, in partnership with our Program Manager, that enhance the member journey and support long-term retention.

Requirements
Nationally recognized comprehensive Pilates certification (Reformer required; full apparatus strongly preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of Pilates teaching experience; leadership or studio management experience preferred.
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for building community and delivering meaningful, hospitality-driven experiences.
Some evenings, weekends, and holiday availability is required.

The Position
Overseeing the studio experience, including all equipment and audio visual systems
Actively engaging in recruitment, including outbound sourcing of talent
Onboarding and leading our rock star team of instructors
Auditing instructors alongside regular evaluations of classes, ensuring instructors are executing on elements & maintaining integrity of programs
Managing performance and development of instructors to reach their potential
Effectively communicating information between instructors and management team and vice versa
Developing ways to increase member attendance levels
Assisting the Program Manager in the formation of group programming schedules
Collecting & collating studio participation numbers
Attending regular classes within the competitive set/boutique studio space to stay current with trends and at the leading edge of industry innovations
Working within company guidelines to ensure the studio is on brand and aligned with Midtown's vision of an in-club boutique strategy
Working alongside club leadership to oversee the new member onboarding process
