About the Role:
As an Intermodal Equipment Operator (also known as a Terminal Operator), you'll play a critical role in the safe and efficient movement of shipping containers within our intermodal yard. You'll operate specialized equipment-such as hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders-to load, unload, and relocate containers as part of our daily logistics operations. Your work ensures containers are handled accurately and safely, keeping freight moving on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment to load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks.
Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the yard.
Use top loaders, side loaders, and/or cranes to stack, move, and organize containers.
Perform equipment inspections before and after use to ensure operational safety.
Communicate with yard personnel and supervisors to coordinate moves and tasks.
Maintain a safe work environment by following established protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in a logistics or industrial environment preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:

Job Summary: The Recovery Housing Technician role is responsible for the support and monitoring of residents, as well as assisting in providing a safe and clean environment. This role assists in the orientation process, provides transportation, and serves as a liaison between the residents and their treatment providers.
Core Responsibilities:
Monitors housing resident behavior and provide support and guidance through the recovery process.
Reminds clients of the program rules and regulations as necessary and reports infractions promptly and appropriately.
Performs rounds at all properties and all residents.
Performs room and unit inspections, as well as property and medication inspections for new admissions and existing residents.
Prepares for new admissions, cleaning, preparing rooms and beds, and doing house laundry.
Assumes responsibility for incoming calls to the housing phone and addresses situations that arise via that communication outlet.
Responsibly handles crisis and/or behavioral situations as they arise and follows the chain of command (Lead Recovery Housing Technician, Recovery Housing Manager, Director of Recovery Housing).
Collects urine samples when instructed (not permitted for client-staff).
Assists in the management of maintenance requests and ensures property is maintained in a safe, working condition.
Drives company vehicle(s), including multi-passenger vans, to transport clients.
Leads by example, maintaining the value system and always abiding by the TR Housing living agreement.
Reports incidents and completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in monthly deep cleaning and maintains clean, efficient work areas.
Communicates with other employees to promote quality client care.
Maintains professional boundaries and respectful, ethical interactions with clients and employees.
Remains up to date on HIPAA, 42 CFR, ethical policies, and compliance standards.
Protects client information and privacy in accordance with legal and ethical requirements.
Accesses and shares PHI only on a need-to-know basis to perform job duties.
Attends and participates in scheduled staff meetings and training.
Adheres to all policies outlined in the Team Recovery Ohio, LLC Employee Handbook.
Reports concerns regarding client privacy or policy violations without fear of retaliation.
Performs other housing-related and administrative/operational duties as assigned.
Initiates Compliance Reports and Behavioral Agreements and properly documents behavior interventions.
Assists in the training of new staff.
Maintains inventory of Food Bank items, submits orders to Seagate, and coordinates pickup.
Submits maintenance requests via the MaintainX app and communicates with the Facilities Manager.
Conduct Regular Home Safety Checks- Performs routine inspections of Recovery Housing properties to identify physical safety hazards such as overloaded electrical outlets, blocked egresses, and trip hazards. Reports and addresses issues immediately to ensure client safety.
Orient New Residents to the Home- Completes full orientation for each new resident, ensuring all policies, procedures, and expectations are explained. Orientation documentation must be completed and filed per protocol.
Ensure Weekly House Meetings Occur- Facilitates or ensures facilitation of weekly house meetings at each residence. All residents are expected to attend. Topics include house rules, updates, conflict resolution, and community building.
Inspect Safety Equipment for Functionality- Performs regular checks of fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, emergency exits, and first aid kits to ensure proper function and availability. Any deficiencies must be documented and reported promptly.
Respond to neighbor concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating when necessary.
Respond to incidents at the recovery home, ensure appropriate action is taken, and complete the required documentation.
Monitor residents for warning signs of symptom recurrence or distress and promptly refer them to clinical or supervisory staff for additional support.
Meet with each resident at least weekly to discuss and document their individual recovery plans, progress, and goals.
Maintain a visible presence in the home when residents are present, as paid staff are expected to be onsite whenever residents are in the home.
Other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
License Requirements:
Preferred: Valid CDCA, QMHS, and/or CPI Certification
CPR/BLS Certification required, will train.
Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, be 21 years or older, and be deemed insurable through Team Recovery's insurance carrier.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and assumption of responsibilities not delineated in the job description which are related to work as a member of an addiction treatment team.
Professionalism and team-oriented mindset.
Understanding of confidentiality laws, professional boundaries, and relevant regulations.
