Responsibilities:
Demonstrates superior knowledge of advanced surgical equipment and advanced surgical instrumentation.
Demonstrates leadership abilities.
Demonstrates skills in organizing and coordinating the effective use of personnel and materials.

Performs instrument counts prior to each procedure and maintains an accurate count of sponges, needles, and instruments during the procedure.
Secures and prepares all supplies and instruments required for surgical intervention before procedures.
Ensures the preparation and maintenance of the sterile field in the OR.
Prepares patient skin for surgical treatment.
Position and re-position patient during surgery.
Helps monitor patients during surgery.
Provide supportive care during the pre-operative phase.
Performs scrub functions.
Ensures that specimens are correctly handled and routed to the proper source.
Maintains current knowledge of anatomy/physiology and medications used intraoperatively.
Keeps current with developments in the field through participation in seminars, workshops and
publications. Follows all federal, state and departmental safety procedures Skills:
Demonstrates superior knowledge and expert practice in various advanced surgical procedures:
Neurosurgery, high risk Pediatric ENT, transplants, robotics, bariatrics, joint replacement and vascular. Specialty services require expanded knowledge of instrumentation, microscopes, navigation systems, and neuromonitoring awareness.
Qualifications:
New and experienced Surgical Techs are encouraged to apply! For experienced Surgical Techs, level II or III positions may be available.
Surgical Tech - Requirements :
HS Diploma or GED plus short-term training in operating room setting or graduate of surgical technician certification from an accredited school or training program required.
Current BLS required
Familiarity with all surgical instruments and equipment and a working knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique.
Minimum of 2+ years experience in a hospital or outpatient operating room if not from an accredited training program.

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and caring Certified DentalAssistant to join our team! As a Certified DentalAssistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate must have a current license and at least two years of clinical dental experience. If youre friendly, outgoing, drama free and committed to creating a peaceful, uplifting work environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
Assist dentist during procedures and exams
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Schedule appointments
Ability to work M-F (We leave at 2pm on Tue & Fri)
Qualifications
RegisteredDentalAssistant (RDA) Texas state licensure by the DentalAssisting National Board's (DANB)
Previous experience as an RDA
Computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to provide high-quality patient care

They are trained in dental x-ray and developing procedures as well as infection control procedures that pertain to their tasks. You will also become experts in making our patients comfortable during the x-ray process and providing an unparalleled patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Oral Surgeon at the chair while they are engaged in any treatment of patients.
Must anticipate dentist's needs and be prepared for next steps.
Ensure all OSHA, Dental Board, and WDS policies and procedures are properly followed.
Maintain proper patient treatment records.
Ability to take Blood Pressure.
Give pre and post-operative instructions - within the limits designated by the Oral Surgeon.
Provide oral hygiene instructions to the patient
Turn on all units, switches, and water before patient sits down
Stocks supplies in oratories, restrooms, lab, etc. as needed
Informs Floor Supervisor when supplies need to be re-ordered
Informs Floor Supervisor of broken or malfunctioning equipment
Performs all duties of a Sterilizer when deemed necessary
Ability to build good rapport with patients and staff
Qualifications
A minimum of a High School Diploma
Certified in the state you are applying as an RDA (CA, AZ, NV)
Must have a current X-Ray License
CPR and ACLS certificates required, OMSA or DAANCE preferred
