DESCRIPTION:
This position will be a senior-level contributor to the Maine IT Oracle Middleware Administration team. This position will involve both technical and supervisory responsibilities in an enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion Middleware and Apache environment both on-premise and in the cloud. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining middleware products with respect to installation, configuration, security, patching, performance and the general over-all health and stability of the middleware stack. Work involves but is not limited to the support of middleware stack, troubleshooting of anomalies, deployment and configurations of new applications, integration of enterprise-wide solutions like Active Directory, SSL cert lifecycle support and coding to automate tasks. Middleware team typically supports individual applications development teams, providing consultative and technical support services for enterprise-wide Oracle Middleware components as per department standards and industry's best practices. Work is performed under limited supervision and includes after hours and weekend support.

REPRESENTATIVE TASKS:

Prepares materials and instructs data processing personnel in procedures and methods of computer software and hardware utilization in order to ensure maintenance of standards and develop staff.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge, skills and ability to administer Oracle Fusion Middleware products both on-prem and in OCI.
Skills and ability to write/maintain code to automate tasks. This would include scripts in WLST, Python, shell.
Skills and ability to support SSL cert life cycle.
Knowledge of Linux OS.
Knowledge of Oracle database.
Knowledge of MS EntraID and AD integration.
Knowledge of complex multi-user network systems.
Knowledge of security, backup and DR procedures.
Knowledge of RFC and ticketing systems based on ITSM.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 6 years of a combination of related post-secondary education, technical certifications, or technology related work experience. Related training, internship experience etc. may be credited as related experience on a month-per-month basis.
Special preference will be given to individuals who have experience in the following:
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle WebLogic server release 12c or higher
• 2+ years of experience with Linux operating systems
• 2+ years combination experience supporting Oracle SOA, OSB, OAS/OAC, OIA/OPA, Oracle Forms & Reports, ORDS/APEX, OID, OEM, JEE applications and/or Apache HTTP server.

Essential Duties
Provides public reception at the Police Department and Sheriff's Office front desk. Duties are taking reports, answering questions, taking, and accounting for payments, sex offender registrations, and receiving and releasing found items.

Implements behavioral plans designed by the IEP team for students with behavior needs.

The Temporary Technology Support Specialist is part of a team responsible for helping our 1,800+ employee owners be productive and thrive with our Technology tools, ranging from laptops to Zoom Rooms, Office 365 to Wi-Fi. What you will accomplish

Conducts quarterly training sessions with local and sub-regional staff on use of Technology tools and systems to improve productivity.

Experience and qualifications for success
Associate's Degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, and 4+ years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

About the Opportunity:
The Concealed Handgun License (CHL Unit) at the Sheriff's Office is responsible for fulfilling statutory requirements of Oregon Sheriffs to provide fingerprinting and background checks for Concealed Handgun License applicants who meet the minimum qualifications.
The Administrative Specialist II in the CHL unit is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including collecting payments, recording fees, drafting correspondence and balancing day-end reconciliation. They will research statutes in support of Concealed Handgun License applications and license issuance. This position has a considerable amount of public contact in explaining Oregon Revised Statutes and procedures. Additionally, the Administrative Specialist II - CHL will provide fingerprinting (hands-on) to a variety of individuals, including citizens, in-custody juvenile offenders and Deputy applicants.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure all CHL paperwork is complete and signed; all sections are answered and/or checked.
- Apply knowledge of CHL statute and internal policies and conduct investigations of CHL applicants.
- Research law enforcement-only databases, including Ecourt, LEDS, NCIC and other databases that include Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing answers to CHL questions in a professional voice and tone.
- Assist internal and external law enforcement partners in providing Agency ID cards.
- Maintain a cash box and process credit card payments.
- Utilize an online calendaring system.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy files using the CHL database and Laserfiche, requiring the ability to sort, file, scan, retrieve and edit files.
- Compile, copies, and compares data to produce reports for managers and CHL's Oregon State Sheriff's Association (OSSA) sub-chapter.
- Operate a variety of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, fingerprint machine and ID machine.

They will have the ability to read, understand and explain Oregon Revised Statute regarding the issuance, denial and revocation of concealed handgun licenses. The Arizona Attorney General's Office Civil Litigation Division/Bankruptcy and Collections Enforcement Section is seeking a Collector Specialist to collect debts owed to agencies throughout the State through pre-litigation collection efforts and by recommending to attorneys cases for review for lawsuit and post-judgment remedies.

Job Duties:
This position will be responsible for conducting skip tracing and other research for both individual debtors and business debtors, and for communicating with debtors and others interested parties to collect the debts owed. It will also be responsible for the review and recommendation to approve / disapprove installment payment plans, disposition of outstanding accounts, liens, wage garnishments and other actions. It will be responsible for accepting and the drafting of offers-in-compromise, and the recommendation to approve / disapprove the offer.
This position will also compile information and draft periodic reports and correspondence to be given to the Division Director, other Office management, and attorneys.
