Williams Metcalf Interiors is an interior design firm located in Park City, Utah and Hanover, New Hampshire. We work with a broad range of residential clients on projects including new home design, renovations and updating existing interiors. We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer who will collaborate with the Senior Designers on all aspects of client projects. You will assist at each stage of the project including conceptual design, presentations, design development, production, fulfillment, and installation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of design experience with an exceptional design sensibility, a passion to grow and learn, and a strong work ethic. Our Junior Interior Designer should be professional, organized, personable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking and working on a deadline. Entry Level position for an individual interesting in learning about Graphic Design and has the ability to operate computer software to product and print banners for advertising and marketing. Starting wage is $22.00/hr or based on experience.Job Description Primary Location: Ogden, Utah Banner Designer- Marketing & Sales: Operates computer and printers to design and produce requested signs and promotional material by performing the following duties. Designs and produces marketing signs and promotional material as requested by management. Loads paper and ink based on sign and type needed for each individual project. Efficiently uses materials to minimize waste of equipment time and required materials. Seeks approval with appropriate contact before initiating printing phase. Orders and maintains supplies needed to produce signs following established processes for purchase orders and accounts payables. Calculates and creates invoices for billing and distribution of printed material and maintains the associated accounts receivable records. Packages finished signs in protective wrapping suitable for transport to recipient. Addresses packages for transportation and distributes them accordingly. Maintains the sign equipment through appropriate use and performance of required routine maintenance. Either arranges for needed repairs or informs the appropriate contact of maintenance and repair needs. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
