The BehavioralHealthTechnician (BHT) is responsible for the implementation of behavioral intervention plans which are individualized to each child or adolescent, and to family needs. Services are not a substitution for primary care giver They cannot baby sit, diaper, toilet, or transport our child. The BHT does not work alone with the child, but must be in the presence of the parent, teacher or primary care giver.
Area of service includes: Carbon, Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties in NEPA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Provides direct services and support, in the child's home, school or community setting
+ Implements the interventions outlined in the treatment plan
+ Assists the child in developing age-appropriate behaviors and coping skills
+ Offers support and transfers appropriate interventions to the child or caregiver
+ Complete necessary data tracking
+ Attends weekly supervision
Devereux Advanced BehavioralHealth Pocono Center provides programs and services for adults and children with developmental disabilities. Located in Newfoundland, PA, this position is responsible for supporting children in the community as a part of our IBHS services.
PAY RATE: $22.00/hr
Standard Payment for Sign-On: Payment for sign-on will be made in the following increments. $200.00 at the time of full completion of training, contract requirements, and on-boarding, $200.00 after the first case worked, and $200.00 at 90 days after the first case worked, all provided that the Contractor has met the requirements set forth.
FOR APPLICANTS PRIOR TO 12/31/2025...INCREASED Sign-On Bonus Opportunity! For those who complete on-boarding, training, and provide services within 1 month of the offer, your sign-on bonus payment will be increased to $2000.00 total made in the following increments. $500.00 at the time of full completion of training, contract requirements, and on-boarding, $500.00 after the first case worked, and $1000.00 at 6 months after the first case worked.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

**Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS)** center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.
**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** High school diploma and two year's direct care experience or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services disciplineto include but not limited to psychology, sociology, social work, education, pastoral counseling, political science, heath, recreation, criminal justice, counseling.
**Physical Requirements:** Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing. Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision. Occasional use of computers and office equipment. Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.

The FBT works flexible hours, including evenings and possibly weekends, to meet the needs of the children and families on their assigned caseload. The FBT travels to client homes, other agencies, and community locations for the purpose of arranging and providing community and home-based services for children, adolescents, and families.

Required Education/Experience:

Document treatment data/results that are clinically relevant on progress notes and submit in a timely manner (within 24 hours of each encounter).

Assist the Mental Health Professional with development of a treatment plans and assuring they are being done timely in relation to regulated time frames.
Assist/participate in client psychiatric evaluations and medication checks.
Collaborate with other providers to secure appropriate aftercare/discharge services and community linkages supports during the course of treatment.
Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support through an on-call rotation
Transport clients using personal vehicle as necessary (travel/mileage reimbursement)

The Mobile Therapist (MT) is a master's level clinician who provides face to face child centered, family focused, individualized and family psychotherapy, and behavioral management, utilizing a strengths based approach, provided in a setting other than a therapist's or provider's office.
Area of service includes: Carbon, Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties in NEPA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Provides expertise in behavioral management protocols.
+ Collaborates with other treatment team members to design and direct the implementation a behavior modification intervention plan which is individualized to each individual or adolescent and to the family needs.
+ Identifies behavioral goals and intervention techniques, and recommends least restrictive behavioral change methods.
+ Develops treatment plan, services and outcome-based short term goals for identified child/adolescent.
+ Provides assessments of the strength and therapeutic needs of assigned children and their families.
+ Attends and participates in Inter-Agency Service Planning Team (ISPT) meetings.
+ Gathers written information on the antecedents, behaviors, and consequences to determine the need for behavioral intervention, if the current behavior plan is working, and to identify any problems with the current behavior plan.
+ Collaborates with other involved professions and agencies in order to provide unified services and continuity of care to child and family. Develops discharge planning criteria.
+ Works with families to determine an assessment of family need and appropriate treatment modalities. Provides clinical services to child/adolescent and family.
+ Provides written documentation and clinical records of therapeutic process and progress.
+ Submits applicable billing related documentation to facilitate payment of services.
+ Participates in company orientation, in-service training, and Office of Mental Health training.
+ Ensures the confidentiality of program participants, records, and information is maintained at all times.
+ Maintains effective Multi-Disciplinary Team interactions. Acts as a mandated reporter under the Pennsylvania Child Protect Service Law.
+ Travels to site visits and meetings.
+ Provides coverage in emergency situations.

**The Mobile Therapist (MT)** is a master's level clinician who provides face to face child centered, family focused, individualized and family psychotherapy, and behavioral management, utilizing a strengths based approach, provided in a setting other than a therapist's or provider's office.
**Area of service includes:** Carbon, Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties in NEPA.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Provides expertise in behavioral management protocols.
+ Collaborates with other treatment team members to design and direct the implementation a behavior modification intervention plan which is individualized to each individual or adolescent and to the family needs.
+ Identifies behavioral goals and intervention techniques, and recommends least restrictive behavioral change methods.
+ Develops treatment plan, services and outcome-based short term goals for identified child/adolescent.
+ Provides assessments of the strength and therapeutic needs of assigned children and their families.
+ Attends and participates in Inter-Agency Service Planning Team (ISPT) meetings.
+ Gathers written information on the antecedents, behaviors, and consequences to determine the need for behavioral intervention, if the current behavior plan is working, and to identify any problems with the current behavior plan.
+ Collaborates with other involved professions and agencies in order to provide unified services and continuity of care to child and family. Develops discharge planning criteria.
+ Works with families to determine an assessment of family need and appropriate treatment modalities. Provides clinical services to child/adolescent and family.
+ Provides written documentation and clinical records of therapeutic process and progress.
+ Submits applicable billing related documentation to facilitate payment of services.
+ Participates in company orientation, in-service training, and Office of Mental Health training.
+ Ensures the confidentiality of program participants, records, and information is maintained at all times.
+ Maintains effective Multi-Disciplinary Team interactions. Acts as a mandated reporter under the Pennsylvania Child Protect Service Law.
+ Travels to site visits and meetings.
+ Provides coverage in emergency situations.
Devereux Advanced BehavioralHealth Pocono Center provides programs and services for adults and children with developmental disabilities. Located in Newfoundland, PA, this position is responsible for supporting children in the community as a part of our IBHS services.
**PAY RATE: $36/hr**
**Payment for Sign-On:** Payment for sign-on will be made in the following increments. $200.00 at the time of full completion of training, contract requirements, and on-boarding, $200.00 after the first case worked, and $200.00 at 90 days after the first case worked, all provided that the Contractor has met the requirements set forth.
**FOR APPLICANTS PRIOR TO 12/31/2025...INCREASED Sign-On Bonus Opportunity! For those who complete on-boarding, training, and provide services within 1 month of the offer, your sign-on bonus payment will be increased to $2000.00 total made in the following increments.** $500.00 at the time of full completion of training, contract requirements, and on-boarding, $500.00 after the first case worked, and $1000.00 at 6 months after the first case worked.
**Qualifications**
Education/Experience:
+ Individuals who provide MT services shall meet _one_ of the following:
+ Licensed Pennsylvania as a social worker or a behavior specialist _AND_ have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
+ 1 year or more of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults _AND_ a graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to psychology, social work or counseling
+ Graduate degree with a least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education, counseling _AND_ completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
