Kevin Sayer is the Executive Chairman of the board of directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dexcom.

He joined Dexcom as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2011. In this executive role, Kevin was responsible for research and development, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, finance, sales and marketing functions. During his tenure with Dexcom, he has been instrumental in leading the development of new technology, including the Dexcom G5 Mobile CGM System, the Dexcom G4 PLATINUM System with Share and several other product launches in the US and Europe.

Prior to joining Dexcom, Kevin served as Chief Financial Officer of Biosensors International, a medical technology company focused on the development, manufacturing and commercialization of medical devices used in interventional cardiology and critical care procedures.

Kevin also served as CFO of MiniMed, Inc. from 1994 until its acquisition by Medtronic, Inc. in 2001.

Kevin received his master's and bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Information Systems from Brigham Young University.

Experienced Finance Executive with a demonstrated history of working in both the medical device and biotech industry. Skilled in multiple areas of finance, from public facing Investor Relations and Capital Markets to internal facing including Organizational Development, Infrastructure Design on both a human capital and systems perspective, Business Partnership, M&A, Technical Acumen on both financial, accounting and taxation matters, Revenue Recognition, Business Process Improvement, Auditing, Variance Analysis, and Financial Analysis. Strong finance professional with a long history of successful outcomes across multiple aggressive organizations and a skilled technical background and training.

Sadie Stern is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dexcom.

Sadie is responsible for Dexcom’s People Strategy. She leads the Global Human Resources function, including Diversity & Inclusion, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organization Effectiveness and HR Operations. She also serves as the strategic business partner to Dexcom’s executive committee.

With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, she has led global organizations through growth and change. Prior to Dexcom, she served as Executive Vice President, People and Culture at 3D Systems, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources across the company’s operations in 23 countries. Sadie has also worked at Qualcomm, LG Electronics and The Walt Disney Company, leading HR teams and driving organizational transformation.

She holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University.

Jake Leach is Chief Technology Officer at Dexcom.

He is responsible for the leadership of scientific research, engineering, product development, and project management. Jake oversees the development of next generation products and leads a large organization of amazing people. His teams are responsible for delivering best in class glucose monitoring technology paired with an exceptional user experience.

Jake joined Dexcom in March 2004 to lead development of sensor electronics which were part of the first generation Dexcom system. Jake has served in various roles within Dexcom including Senior Vice President of R&D, Senior Director of R&D, and Manager of Engineering.

From 1996 to 2004, Jake held positions in research and development at MiniMed and subsequently Medtronic Diabetes, focusing on the development of glucose sensing systems.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
