I worked in an environment where Co-workers supported and encouraged each other. My experience was one of growth because of mentors I had the privilege to work with

Management. was poorly structured, they were a well-established organization on the staffing side, but very much a start-up feel when it cam to my division. there was no training and very much a "wild west" feel.
