About You

Highly proficient in SQL, with the ability to write efficient, optimized queries for large‑scale datasets.

Lease administration
CAM reconciliations
Budgets and forecasts

Support lease setup, amendments, CAM structures, and billing rules in MRI

System Administration & Optimization
Own MRI Web configuration, security roles, and user access (in partnership with IT)
