Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrates ability to manage challenging behaviors through the execution of positive behavior supports for each individual/unique situation or seeks help from senior positions when necessary.

Experience working with the IDD community or other at-risk population
Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Valid Drivers license
Proficiencyin computer skills including Microsoft Office and Electronic Charting Systems.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and obtain DOT certification.

Job Requirements:
Overnight stays at client homes for up to 18 hours/day (may leave in no more than three, 2-hour increments)

Provide two local house-sitting references and an up-to-date background check
Administer medications/first aid as needed and complete written and oral reports
Capable of marketing your services to build your client base
Physically able to walk up to 2.5 miles daily and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs
Education & Training:
Completion of Pet First Aid/CPR training required (or willingness to complete)
