SUMMARY The Team Lead DSP position involves lead responsibilities in Community Integrated Living Arranged (CILA) homes. They maintain the activity schedules, safety checks, house documentation, grocery shopping, cleaning, and assist their reporting manager with other duties to maintain daily operations of the CILA.
