CRAs working 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday will receive a shift differential of $1.50 per hour. CRAs working 11pm-7am Monday through Friday will receive a shift differential of $2.00 per hour. This role offers a collaborative team environment and active community engagement. * Follows through on any behavior management program as established for individuals. * Completes and maintains accurate documentation relating to the various services provided to our individuals and the progress they have established. * Communicates individual needs to Family Support Services Family Support Coordinator. * Must be able to work flexible hours, on occasion to accommodate recreation outing and activities. * Attend staff meetings and in-service training programs. * Complies with agency incident reporting policies and procedures. * Maintains confidentiality of individual information in accordance with the requirements of NYS Mental Hygiene law and the Agency's HIPAA Privacy Policies and Procedures * Perform any other duties as requested by your supervisor.
