Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

This position is located within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC); Office of the Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) of Health Systems Support (HSS), IHSC Special Operations Unit (ISOU). Chief of ISOU supervises the incumbent and Deputy Assistant Director of HSS serves as the reviewing official. This is a non-supervisory position.
The ISOU Advanced Practice Provider consists of both family nurse practitioners and physician assistants assigned to ISOU. Incumbents provide medical services to migrants rescued or interdicted at sea on U.S. Coast Guard cutters patrolling the seas, in support of their Alien Migrant Interdiction Operations (AMIO). Incumbent provides on call medical assistance for U.S. Coast Guard cutters patrolling U.S. coastal waters. Incumbent works in conjunction with ICE officers interacting with civilian and government organizations, contract staff, U.S. and foreign dignitaries, and domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies to provide continuity of care.
IHSC has a multi-sector, multidisciplinary workforce of more than 1100 employees, including U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) commissioned officers, federal civil servants, and contract staff. The IHSC provides on-site direct patient care to ICE detainees at 21 detention facilities throughout the country and manages the provision of off-site medical care for detainees housed in approximately 240 additional Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGSA) facilities. The ICE detainee population is approximately 34,000 detainees on a daily basis, with an average length of stay of approximately 30 days, and over 400,000 detainees annually. IHSC also provides medical support during ICE enforcement operations in the air, on the ground, and at sea.
SUPERVISORY CONTROLS:
Incumbent works under the direction of the ISOU Unit Chief. While under the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Coast Guard Flight Surgeon provides clinical oversight for operations. The clinical directors provides clinical oversight at the IHSC facility. The ISOU Unit Chief obtains input from the IHSC clinic director and from the U.S. Coast Guard when conducting performance evaluations.
Recurring assignments are not accompanied by instructions; however, objectives, priorities and deadlines are provided on new assignments. What does the Advanced Practice Provider do? (including but not limited to)
The primary role of the APP is to provide direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care, in collaboration with practice physicians. The APP impacts quality of patient care and patient outcomes throughout the care continuum. APPs support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to)
* Directcare and management in the outpatient/inpatient/surgical setting to include documentation of visits, patient and family education, order and review diagnostic studies, prescribe medications, management of symptoms, counseling and support, collaboration with and referrals to other health care providers, and provision of education to staff, students, and the community.
* Interdependent practice with collaborative physician(s) and team.
* Proficient use of Electronic Health Record in the delivery of care. Complete documentation per Texas Oncology policy and guidelines.
* Build strong collaborative relationships across the organization and the local medical community.
* Perform diagnostic/therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
* Participate in tumor board, institutional trainings, and meetings as required.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Advanced Practice Provider position will have the following background and experience:
Nurse Practitioner
Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing school and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program.
Level 1 is entry-level and typically requires a minimum of 0-3 years of experience.
Level 2 requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Level Sr requires 6 years of experience.
RN state licensure and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner. Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required.

Physician Assistant
Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) certification.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) works as part of a team that helps people with intellectual disabilities achieve their goals. This includes routine and emergency care, treatment, and training for people with intellectual disabilities in various settings. Responsibilities can vary, and may include such duties as grooming, bathing, feeding, lifting and positioning, assisting with medication administration, observing and reporting individual's conditions and behaviors, providing meaningful interactions with individuals, and participating in individualized training and/or active treatment programs for both males and females. The DSP documents information on the person's life, such as things that occur throughout their daily schedule, how they respond to activities in the home, training, and unusual incidents. Completion of work requires use of simple and/or routine duties, while decision making is based on guidance that will be provided to you as you are prepared for the job and from other professional staff on your team. Work is in a team environment with guidance provided through supervision and training. May provide training/mentorship to new DSPs. * Successful completion of PetSmart's Splash training and safety certification program.
* Responsible for the pet parent experience and outcomes conducted in person, over the phone and at the sales register.
* Greets pet parents, answers their questions and assists with making reservations in the salon.
* Responsible for check-in and check-out procedures.
* Independently performs full menu of bath and brush services and standalone services, such as nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services in accordance with PetSmart's bathing standards and procedures.
