Communication & Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding extended care matters. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate attendance, incident reports, and student records. Ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures and compliance with safety and health protocols. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and snacks; submit supply requests as needed. Health & Safety Enforce all health, emergency, and safety procedures; serve as lead in emergency situations. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and security of the extended care space and materials. Provide or coordinate First Aid/CPR in case of student injury or illness. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a school, daycare, camp, or similar environment. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role strongly preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date). Must be dependable, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
