Since 2002, Rodger Smith has brought his entrepreneurial mindset and no-nonsense, sincere leadership style to the direct and social selling industry. Rodger successfully completed the merger of his first technology company with a competitor in 2010. He then co-founded the company that would become DirectScale in 2012, and by 2017 completed two successful rounds of funding. Rodger currently serves as CEO where his ultimate goal is to disrupt and heal the industry from the bad software experiences historically available by providing best-of-breed, intuitive solutions on a powerful, modern and extensible platform. As a consultant, he has advised on both the corporate executive and top distributor level at organizations including Kynect/Stream, TruVision, Vasayo, NewULife, ToriBelle, Nerium, Visalus, Beachbody, Tupperware, AVON, MonaVie, and XanGo among others.

Jim has a strong history of driving strategy development and corporate growth at organizations including MonaVie, NuSkin and iCentris. Jim is driven by challenges and is inspired by the people he works with to put team development at the forefront and integrate growth opportunities throughout the organization.
