Ensures all products, hoses and other tools are secured using approved securing method, such as tie downs, straps, etc. Conducts pre-trip and post-trip safety inspection of truck, trailer, and equipment. Reports all concerns, defects, incidents, or damage immediately. Keep trucks and equipment clean and maintained, reports any issues immediately. Provides excellent customer service to our customers and ensures accuracy and timeliness of deliveries. Monitors key performance data to anticipate customer service issues and opportunities, reports issues to supervisor, and follows up in a timely manner.
