You Will
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Pack trolleys with airline equipment in accordance with individual airline specifications to meet schedule.
* Pack trolley to exact diagrams for drawer configuration and quantity of consumables.
* Maintain organization of products in bond rooms.
* Ensure that packed chinaware, glasses and assorted serving equipment are defect free and clean.
* Ensure that liquor packs are to airline specification in quantity and configuration in container.
* Follow HACCP requirements for this area.
* Work in safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers.

You Will

You Will
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage transportation movements between the facility and airfield according to requirements of the customer and operational needs.
Ensure all catering is transported with adherence to all SOPs, safety guidelines and internal quality assurance programs.
Manage a small group of dispatchers who are responsible for coordinating the movements of all trucks, checking, verifying, and advising of latest timings, delays and special operations notices.
Maintain a fleet of catering trucks and vehicles for performance, appearance, and operational readiness.
Manage the scheduling of drivers and dispatchers, ensuring correct coverage throughout a week including days off, minimum rest periods.

You Will
Collaborate closely with Human Resources to lead, manage, and implement the internal safety program.
Maintain filing, record keeping, and reporting functions for OSHA 300's, accidents, DR1 training, etc.
