Shift: All Shifts Hours per pay period:Full-time and Part-time Responsibilities: * Assist with dressing/undressing, baths, personal hygiene. (shaving, nail care, dental hygiene, hair care, foot care) * Apply and maintain assisted sensory devices correctly such as eyeglasses, contacts, or hearing aides. * Reposition, transfer, and transport residents safely and as necessary. * Support restorative and rehabilitative care of residents. * Provide housekeeping and laundry services including changing linens when needed. * Aid in dining related activities including escorting residents to dining room, set - up/clean tables, serve meals. * Accurately document/chart required resident information on daily log, charts, medication admin records, etc * Ability to obtain accurate vital signs, weights, glucose checks and pulse oximetry. * Help residents with self-administration of medications, including monitoring of med supplies and documentation if designated as a medication passer. * Administer medication per physician order if designated as a medication passer. * Other duties as assigned.
