About the role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our infrastructure team, managing and maintaining our financial services platform built on a 24x7, highly available architecture. We are critical infrastructure for our customers, so your work matters to our business. We value simplicity over complexity - both in design and communication. What you'll do
Build, enhance, and support service solutions and infrastructure from conception to execution
Manage and improve AWS, Windows, and Linux systems uptime and performance
Responsible for Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory
Build and run production environments in AWS using Infrastructure as code methods
Orchestrate environment development using Kubernetes, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation, leading key initiatives and improvements
Build & Deploy CI pipeline automation to a combination of Kubernetes/Docker and EC2-based systems in AWS.
Work closely with System Architects, Engineers, Product Managers, and SRE to meet their environment setup and service automation needs.
Develop a process to make DevOps a part of the engineering development, service deployment, and operations lifecycle (SDLC)
Identify and implement key monitoring and analytics for DriveWealth solutions and services, especially for greenfield projects and initiatives.
Lead and mentor junior DevOps / SRE Engineers and guides the team to industry and company standards
What you'll need
Expert in system build configuration and deployment automation
Expert in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Expert in container and fleet management: Docker, Kubernetes, and/or Rancher
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
5+ years of experience in Linux
5+ years of experience building and maintaining a SaaS platform
Experience with AWS: VPC, EC2, RDS, CloudFormation, Terraform
Must be passionate about automation
Experience with project management and tracking
Background in software application-driven development roles with a knowledge of software data structures and design patterns
Mastered scripting skills in one of Ruby/Bash/Python

Provide input on system architecture and design tradeoffs.
Help the team manage and plan for the application releases. Your Background:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Fundamental understanding of computer science - algorithms, data structures, and systems concepts (i.e., memory, CPU, networking).
Proficiency in at least one systems-oriented or analytics language (i.e., C++, Python, or Java)
Ability to reason performance and scalability for optimized production systems.
Familiarity with LLM assisted coding tools (i.e., Codex, Cursor, Claude Codes).
Experience with data modeling, statistics, or machine learning is a plus.

About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for redefining and delivering DriveWealth's market-facing developer platform and experience (DevEx). You'll be in the driver's seat to build an industry leading, developer first solution. You'll work across the organization and with our customers to set the stage for a developer first mindset across our product stack and ship the right product experiences across our Developer Dashboard, Guides, API specs and testing environments. In short, you'll own both the backend and frontend product requirements.
