**Salary Range:** $60,000-$73,600
**Position Overview:** This position will support Cheyenne Mountain Resort's marketing efforts by developing digital marketing and e-Commerce programs, with the primary goal being increased conversions and revenue on Hyatt.com. Digital marketing efforts will include: search engine marketing (including PPC and SEO), mobile marketing, display advertising, email marketing, marketing via corporate channels, and assisting with strategic social media planning. This position will also oversee e-Commerce activity including the strategic management of the hotel's website, apps and mini-sites where applicable.
The Marketing Manager works closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to bring to life initiatives within the resort's marketing plans. The plans include objectives, strategies, and tactics for each of the resort's market segments (group, weddings, leisure) and outlets (restaurants). The ultimate goal is to heighten market presence, increase positive awareness, strengthen brand loyalty, present consistent brand imagery, increase market share, and most importantly, produce increased revenues and profitability.
**Job Functions & Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborates closely with key departments in creating, orchestrating, and promoting all resort events and activities to enhance the guest experience
+ Engages and manages outside contractors and third party activities for enhanced guest experiences
+ Works with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute annual social media marketing plans, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and brand positioning
+ Responsible for all brand, digital, and marketing activity across designated channels
+ Works closely with Hyatt Field Marketing to deliver the resort's marketing strategy
+ Manages content creation for social media (paid and organic), ensuring all posts are on-brand, timely, and within budget
+ Manages digital agency partnership to implement targeted campaigns that drive both brand awareness and commercial results
+ Conducts ongoing market research to stay attuned to culinary trends, guest dining behaviors, and competitor activity in the local hotel, restaurant, and wider hospitality scene
+ Builds strong local connections through influencer engagement and strategic partnerships
+ Supports overall commercial goals of the Sales & Marketing department
+ Tracks campaign performance and manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI
+ Supports the Director of Sales and Marketing in creating the resort's annual marketing plan
+ Responds to guest reviews across all platforms
+ Coordinates data for monthly owner reporting
+ Assists with RFP process in identifying public relations and/or branding agency
+ Oversees consistent brand image through collateral, signage, and all resort design
**Qualifications:**
The Marketing Manager will need to be strong in all aspects of digital marketing and social media marketing and will assist in promoting awareness and maintaining a positive brand image of the resortandoutlets on a local, regional, and national level through consistent and targeted marketing and digital campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Hyatt Corporate Marketing teams to ensure that the hotel's brand position is present in coverage, messages are compelling, and insights and reporting are accurate. This position is on-property and will require a flexible schedule to properly capture and initiate guest experience content with activations and experiences.
Requirements:
+ 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and brand management within the hospitality industry. Hotel experience strongly considered.
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
+ Skilled in multi-channel campaigns
+ Proven ability to develop and execute impactful social marketing strategies and work with others in the development of wider-reaching goals
