To review with the team leader to determine the test schedule and priorities for the day. Verify Test Workstation is ESD safe before performing any work assignments. To organize test setups, maintain test equipment, accessories, and tools. To ensure that all environmental test equipment in use is calibrate and functional. Review environmental documents for accuracy, report any discrepancies immediately for review. Responsible for setting up the Hi-Powered amplifier for RF/DC Burn-in operation i.e., making the DC or RF connection, monitoring the operations and documenting the test result. Responsible for setting up and performing Power Handling test requirements on specified model. To upload the approved environmental test result to the Network using department database. Ability to assist and perform testing in the manual production test area as directed by the Team leader or Manager. Responsible for accepting and performing environmental test requirements on models issued by other departments Supervisor or authorized Team members. The Engineering Technician 1 (Electrical) supports all Engineering teams by performing hands-on Electrical assembly, building cables, harnesses, soldering, building prototypes, and building test systems. This position requires strong practical skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions under Engineering guidance. When Engineering workload is low, the technician may support Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) repair activities or production. Who are we? Perform soldering operations for engineering prototypes and test systems. Follow wiring diagrams and assembly instructions to build engineering prototypes and test systems. Collect simple build or measurement data for engineering use using basic inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
