GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in the effective implementation of all store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. The After School Program team is responsible for:
Facilitating hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework assistance.
Providing a safe, healthy, clean, and fun environment and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.
Reporting to the program ready to work at designated times and be prepared to stay until the last child leaves the program.
Communicating daily with parents and family members via the Playground App.
Observing and following state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
Certain positions may also perform management functions such as accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.
Requirements:
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB.
Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt.
Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.

The T D Lineworker Class 1 position is responsible for performing a variety of functions related to the construction, installation or maintenance of underground and overhead high and low voltage electric Transmission and Distribution systems. Work is varied in nature and the incumbent applies an advanced knowledge of electricity to work performed. Incumbent works under general supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations. This position regularly requires an employee to work overtime or work outside of regularly scheduled hours for emergency or service restoration purposes.

Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Company safety rules & practices (including but not limited to vehicles, tools, lineworkers or other personnel) and holds crew personnel accountable for efficient and thorough work under safe working conditions at all times.
Serves as a member in team effort to construct, install or maintain overhead and underground lines, transformers and associated equipment, including the setting and removal of meters.

Position: Phlebotomist
Location: Greenfield
Hours: 24 hours, Monday-Friday generally between 6:00 am - 5:00 pm, plus rotating Saturday mornings. Hours may vary depending on department needs. Exact schedule to be discussed at time of interview.
As a phlebotomist, the candidate must have the ability to collect blood from patients of all ages through venipuncture. A successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good customer service skills, and be proficient in computers, data entry, and the operation of equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Collecting samples from patients of all ages
Processing and accessions of clinical specimens
Checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients
Required Qualifications:
Graduate from a Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program
Previous customer service or medical office experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
CPT preferred, but not required
EMR experience preferred, Athena experience a plus
