Electronically generate job tickets for all labor staff and ensure the tickets are electronically completed by an appropriate employee at the end of each day May be responsible for other duties such as “grading out” job tickets and preparing them for billing, approving payroll daily, assist in office support operations (i.e. order office supplies, answers phones, and maintain records) Serve as main point of contact between field personnel and management Work with the operations manager and branch manager to schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance as required, including opening and managing work orders. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational skills Excellent customer services skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be reachable by phone twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week Proficient in various software and tech-savvy with digital tools and platforms. Minimum Requirements Two (2) years logistics experience and one (1) year supervisory experience OR Four (4) years military experience and two (2) years supervisory experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Florida Driver's License. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
