Summary
Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for its Great Lakes Region who is responsible for accelerating high Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth throughout the assigned territory. The RSM will drive growth by building and expanding a strong reseller channel, targeting an established account base, key end users, and collaborating with regional consultants to specify Eagle Eye in future projects. This role demands high energy and a proactive, results-driven mindset. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing tailored, high-growth business plans for territory partners, driving growth and engagement through the Eagle Eye Partner Program. Knowledge of this market and sales experience with SaaS products or similar video surveillance technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
Achievement of sales quota monthly, quarterly, and yearly while maintaining expenses.
Foster strong relationships with resellers to drive growth and successfully achieve sales targets
through this channel.
Uncover end-user opportunities predominately through resellers; develop and manage to close.
Maintain a territory-wide sales plan that provides full geographic coverage while achieving sales
quota.
Travel frequently and efficiently throughout the region to major customer sites.
Support Eagle Eye in companywide industry meetings and exhibitions.
Align seamlessly with EEN team members to ensure that reseller partners are fully trained to sell,
install, and maintain our solutions effectively.
Become the face and spokesperson for Eagle Eye in your territory.
Collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Channel Marketing, Sell-With, and Account Executive (AE) teams to drive shared goals and business outcomes.
Work with leadership to ensure your strategy is solid and is in keeping of the overall company goals.
Work with 3 rd party technology and sales partners to grow sales through and with their channels.
Develop relationships and support consulting engineers within the region. Support their business
needs.
Communicate effectively with internal teams ensuring Eagle Eye business departments and
leadership have a full understanding of needs and opportunities for growth.
Utilize as a primary tool the CRM used by Eagle Eye ensuring it is constantly updated and maintained within company guidelines.
Experience
5+ years of field sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or security sales with video or access
systems.
Successful experience selling as an employee of a major security manufacturer.
Consultative/solutions sales experience with 90+ day B2B sales cycles
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentations.
Demonstrated self-confidence with high energy and enthusiasm.
The highest level of ethics and professionalism is always maintained.
Great business judgment with the ability to make successful decisions in driving a highly profitable
business.

About the Role:
As the Sales/ Project Engineer for Ziplines Ground Systems and Site Infrastructure, you'll spearhead the deployment success of Ziplines Offsite Charging sites, the game changing autonomous loading Zipping Point, and other site infrastructure. About the Role:

Develop and lead pre-construction strategies to streamline entitlements and permits for Ziplines Ground System and Site Infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer teams and technical staff, City Managers, staff, and City Council members and inspectors to facilitate smooth approvals and permit completion from Planning and Zoning commissions and AHJ's. Collaborate closely with jurisdictions, land use counsel, Real estate team, and our Legal team to create pathways for deployments in evolving customer and regulatory landscapes.Source and foster relationships with external stakeholders, including local jurisdictions, utilities, and contractors.
Understand and mitigate the preconstruction, construction, operational and sustaining risks associated with each project.

Evaluate all options and a lean budget, select best vendors to ensure reliable and quality services and products. WHAT YOU'LL BRING
