Essential Functions
Provide speech and language therapy across different settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes
Engage in continuous professional development and training
Perform clinical evaluations based on acceptable standards of practice
Establish a plan of care with realistic, objective goals
Design and implement a treatment program with consideration of the client's diagnosis and environment
Educate client and caregivers in appropriate therapeutic techniques to promote clinical outcomes
Supervise speech assistants and aides, as appropriate
Mentorship / CEU / Professional Growth
Ability to try new settings and/or patient populations
New graduates and/or therapists working in a new setting are paired with an experienced mentor

Qualifications
Graduate of an approved master's level program in speech & language pathology
Valid/current professional license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts
Massachusetts DESE Educator License (or in process)
Ability to travel to/between multiple work locations
Must pass extensive background checks and provide professional references

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university.

Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
