Execute and maintain all WSWD procedures and standards: Peer to Peer communication-Huddle to discuss status of production line with shift counterparts. Document productivity and losses Centerlines-Confirm machine settings and complete deviations when setting note to standard. CIL's-Clean and inspect equipment daily to find and report defects. Defect Handling-Complete defect tags for any defects found on the equipment. 6S-Maintain workspace organization. Breakdown Elimination-Tag parts removed and replaced during a breakdown.
