Execute and maintain all WSWD procedures and standards: Peer to Peer communication-Huddle to discuss status of production line with shift counterparts. Document productivity and losses Centerlines-Confirm machine settings and complete deviations when setting note to standard. CIL's-Clean and inspect equipment daily to find and report defects. Defect Handling-Complete defect tags for any defects found on the equipment. 6S-Maintain workspace organization. Breakdown Elimination-Tag parts removed and replaced during a breakdown. Weigh the butt roll skids, dump scrap from production lines When tending spooling machines, mount roll of foil onto unwind stand, thread through machine and start machine. Observe general operation of line, quality of product, remove entangled foil, and rethread/ restart machines as necessary. Remove jammed cartons as they occur. Observe for proper operation of case packer and related conveying equipment. Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail while operating multiple machines.
