The role:
Answering inbound calls to assist potential home buyers
Some outbound calling to follow-up on the status of a customers inquiry
Utilizing multiple screens while talking to customers
Must be VERY dependable
The Requirements:
Must be conversational as this role is not "scripted"
Must have the ability to easily navigate between multiple screens while provide exceptional customer service.
Agents will need to have good grammar and professional communication skills
Good listening skills
12pm to 8pm Tuesday through Saturday
Sunday & Monday off days
Must be able to work onsite in our Sanford FL office ( this is not a remote position)
