Completes appropriate verification and lease agreements for all appropriate move-in, interim and annual re-certifications. * Responsible for maintaining accurate records using the appropriate software. These include resident's receivables and Enterprise income, management systems for the property. Reviews Accounts Receivable report monthly and takes appropriate action to correct.
