Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or certification in Project or Construction Management, Business Management or related field (significant relevant experience will otherwise be considered).
Must have hands-on experience and be proficient in using Revit software.
Must be able to read/interpret construction 2D/3D drawings and blueprints and project specifications.
Above average proficiency in MS Office Products, proficient skill level in Excel.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts related to Revit to non-technical stakeholders, such as clients or sales prospects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities.
Self-directed and able to independently manage time and projects in a fast-paced environment; results driven.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
There is a minimal risk of injury. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average over 40 hours a week. May require some additional hours when working with customers. Some business travel may be required.

This role will have the ability to assemble, trouble shoot, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures
Maintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes at the country, state and federal levels
Perform safety-related functions and other miscellaneous electrical functions
Competent with configuration of VFD's
Must possess demonstrated ability to safely utilize a forklift and high lift
Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot PLC's
Must be physically capable of performing work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures
Proficient in testing and troubleshooting electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and megaohmeters, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
Utilizing systematic approach to trouble shooting and problem solving and avoid replacing parts.
