Responsibilities: Perform repairs, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on Wärtsilä control systems, including Engine Control Systems, Power Management Systems (PMS), Connectivity devices (HMI, Firewalls, and Servers), and general Vessel Automation. Prepare detailed and accurate service reports to document work performed and provide recommendations for future maintenance or improvements. Conduct technical communications with Wärtsilä field service stakeholders and customers to ensure clear understanding of work progress and outcomes. Ensure that all work is executed in compliance with Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QEHS) guidelines and customer-site procedures.
