The Heavy Equipment Production Operator performs tasks related to the casting of aluminum such as preparing the casting area for production, beginning and maintaining the cast, collecting samples, and aiding other departments as needed. What you can expect:
We have the BEST shifts!! You can work DAY or NIGHT shift.
7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, working a rotating shift with two 3 DAY weekends off a month.
Rotation allows for OT!! 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on and then 3 days off and the rotation starts over. OT is built into the schedule with additional OT available.
We pay for experience, so the wage range starts at $17.50/hour with no experience, and we will train, up to $24.00 /hr (with experience) to start. We offer incentives for working night shift, cross training and regular merit increases. This is an amazing opportunity to start a career and make great money.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include the following. Other duties will be assigned as deemed necessary by operations & staff management)
* Organization and housekeeping of the casting area, cleaning and basic maintenance of related equipment
* Completes pre-cast setup to the requirements of the casting operation
* Inspects casting setup for correctness and to ensure successful cast
* Collects metal samples during casting and delivers them for quality testing
* Removes, replaces and setup drain pans for continuous operation
* Operates remote control crane as required
* Performs minor repairs and cleaning of tooling
* Services troughing, molds and additional equipment as necessary pre and post cast
* Monitor cast for any defects and notify supervisor if necessary
* Completes reports and logs as necessary
* Notifies Control Room Operator and or Supervisor of any shortages in consumables
* Notifies Control Room Operator and or Supervisor of any potential concerns or issues in production
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

* Must pass minimal physical test and background screening
* Candidates must be able to work the shift they are scheduled: We have day or night shifts

Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor and optimize artificial lift systems across Client's field assets
Responsible for conducting detailed surveillance, identifying and diagnosing well performance issues, and implementing optimization strategies to maximize asset value throughout the well lifecycle
Collaborate closely with production operations, engineering teams, and technology centers to ensure operational excellence and drive production efficiency
Conduct continuous surveillance of various artificial lift systems, proactively identifying and implementing corrective measures to enhance production and improve equipment reliability
Detect operational anomalies by diligently monitoring key surveillance parameters specific to each artificial lift type (e.g., ESP, Rod Pump, Gas Lift)
Thoroughly troubleshoot well performance issues, providing accurate and timely diagnosis of well failures to facilitate efficient resolution
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of well downtime records, actively identifying opportunities to expedite returning wells to production
Collaborate effectively with production operations personnel, co-located engineering teams, and Client technology centers to identify, develop, and implement production optimization opportunities
Monitor and manage workflows throughout the well lifecycle, including troubleshooting, well failure identification, well workover processes, and post-workover performance analysis
Maintain clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on artificial lift activities, performance, and optimization efforts

The Utilization Management Tech functions under the direction of the Supervisor to coordinate, generate and track both incoming and outgoing correspondence, faxes and authorizations related to prospective, concurrent and post service review functions. Interacts with facilities, vendors, providers, and other staff to facilitate receipt of information, and /or records for prompt review and response. Compensation plans for physicians, licensed nurse reviewers, staff, and consultants who conduct medical management do not contain incentives, directly or indirectly, that encourage barriers to care and service in making determinations
Principal Accountabilities:
Supports the daily operations of Utilization Management, Concurrent Review, Retrospective Review and Prior Authorization teams through interaction with staff, facilities, vendors and providers.
Maintains a current knowledge base of Utilization Management processes and timelines.
Processes all incoming and outgoing correspondence/faxes in accordance with required standards and within respective timeliness guidelines. Refers as appropriate to clinical team members for review as defined by workflow.
Performs in a call center environment appropriately processing or triaging calls from providers.
Creates, updates maintains and/or closes authorizations for services as assigned within process guidelines.
Clerical responsibilities such as processing urgent scanning/mailing requests, document/record archival, document/record retrieval, interact with the Department of Public Welfare, database data entry, database reporting and the ordering of supplies.
Demonstrates a professional and courteous manner when communicating with others with the ability to clearly and accurately state the agreed upon resolutions.
Participates collaboratively with business partners to obtain, track, and report information as needed for corporate and/or regulatory reporting.
Adheres to Client's Policies and Procedures, Process Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains current knowledge of Client's member benefits, rights and responsibilities.
Maintains current knowledge base in Client's systems and programs to appropriately document case activity.

Education and Training:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
