This role involves working 1:1 with a student at an elementary school, providing individualized behavioral support and skill-building interventions.
This position allows you to work closely with a student to implement treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a supportive learning environment.
Position Details:
Location: In-person, elementary school
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 - 40 hours/week
School Year: 2025/2026
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) 1:1 with a student
Collect and document data on student progress
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support the student's goals
Support skill-building in social, academic, and daily living areas
Provide a safe and structured learning environment
Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding student progress and needs
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification
Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and follow treatment protocols
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for supporting students with developmental or behavioral needs

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the completion of intake forms and orientation of the facility and program rules and regulations for a continuum of care and assists clients in the coordination of aftercare planning.
Assist and cover for the Intake Coordinator with intake and admission duties of new clients.
Assessment of client needs and follow-up to ensure vocational and legal needs are being met (organize and facilitate disability, social security, progress letter paperwork, etc.)
Responsible for interacting with court and probation.
Assist clients with getting to court, probation, or other required outside agencies. Provide or arrange client transportation to appointments as needed.
Monitor the client's money, phase allowance, and compliance with money protocol. With clients present, check their online bank statements monthly to ensure compliance with the money protocol.

Maintains appropriate records such as ongoing progress notes, reports to referring agencies, discharge summaries, discharge recovery plans, and clinical case records as required by external stakeholders.

About this role:
The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for assisting and supporting the Facility Director and all treatment program staff, in coordinating and providing the day-to-day operational needs of the facility and its patients'. Description of Services The Behavioral Health Worker will be responsible for implementing mental health treatment and crisis intervention for children and families through the Clinical Home model. This position also includes providing psycho-educational groups for youth and/or families, intensive case management service to children and families, and supporting clients with one-on-one interventions in the school, home, and community to support the overall mental health goals of the child's treatment plan. Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities:

2. Maintain a collaborative relationship with the parent/guardian of each client.
3. Collect and update data related to client's record.
4. Implement individualized crisis plans for each client and family. Work with treatment team to help neutralize crises.
5. Participate in on-call crisis intervention triage as needed during evenings, nights, and weekends.
Assist in debriefing of crisis situations to develop more effective plans for families served.
6. Attend and actively participate in weekly group supervision.

Case Management Responsibilities:
1. Provide intensive case management to children and families that include addressing needs that negatively impact the family's level of functioning.
