Successful completion of EKG course for Monitor Technicians and demonstration of competency in the interpretation of ECG rhythm strips LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Must be able to read and write clearly and legibly. Must be able to read, write and speak English Ability to communicate effectively in an emergency situation. Successful completion of course in medical terminology (preferred).
