Role: All of our PTs work 100% from home. This is a Part-time position with hours fluctuating between 10 hours/week and 20 hours/week.
Team: Thrive tackles chronic pain by combining advanced AI with clinical expertise, enabling recovery anytime, anywhere. Each member is paired with a dedicated pain specialist who designs a personalized program and provides ongoing support. Conduct Onboarding video & audio consultations with members at the beginning of their program.
Address any high-level questions a member may have on the program and create the foundations for long lasting behavioral change.
Process information shared by the member to build a brief for the treatment PT.
Create handoff notes for the treatment PT to correctly follow the member.
Address any additional questions the treatment PT might have on a member.
What you need to have:
You need to have DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy).
Must be Fluent in Spanish.
Must be licensed physicaltherapist.
At least 3 years of clinical experience.
Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients members.
Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach.
Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working on a flexible schedule, between 10 and 20 hours week.
You'd need to share your availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance .

Job Overview
As a member of our Counseling and Wellness Centers, you will provide outpatient counseling, including individual, group and family therapy, to children, adolescents, and adults. Our Counseling and Wellness Centers offer weekly mental health counseling to children, teens, families, and adults as well as parenting and psychiatric services. Responsibilities:
Participate in innovative initiatives designed to engage communities in care and treatment
Collaborate with Acenda team members to implement evidence-based services
Provide assessment and clinical treatment interventions to persons who are experiencing mental health concerns
Demonstrate an ability to formulate diagnoses using a structured intake process, utilizing outcome measures throughout treatment, and creating treatment plans collaboratively with clients based on evidence-based services.

Attends and participates in mandatory training, in-services, staff meetings, and other agency functions as assigned.

Attendance Requirements:
Work schedules for employees vary throughout the agency.

Education/Experience:
Master's degree in social work or Psychology, and provide documentation of meeting the educational requirements to be licensed in the State of Montana.
Two or more years of direct service to youth and/or adults who are mentally ill, emotionally challenged, developmentally disadvantaged, and who require mental health services.
Licensed or pursuing licensure as LCSW or LCPC in the State of Montana.

Home Based Therapist
will provide behavioral health and/or child welfare related services to multiple populations including seriously mentally ill adults and their families in the community and/or home settings in order to achieve their identified goals. The Home Based Therapist will also provide structured, goal-oriented, time-limited therapy in the natural environment. Issues addressed may include trauma, abuse and neglect, substance use, mental illness, personality/behavior disorder, dysfunctional family of origin, and current family dysfunction.
Education/Experience/Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
Prior experience with this population preferred
Must be knowledgeable of child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems
Must be license eligible (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA) by the State of Indiana and actively pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
