Provide phone-based troubleshooting support for equipment issues.
Create professional service reports and maintain accurate testing documentation.
Train customers on safe and effective machine operation.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve technical issues.
Troubleshoot and evaluate legacy and current systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
Ensure machines meet internal and customer specifications and comply with safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E).
Use and maintain test equipment including Volt-Ohm Meters, Oscilloscopes, Weld Checkers, and more.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in setup, startup, and commissioning of automated machinery.
Proficient in troubleshooting PLC logic and navigating HMI interfaces.
Hands-on experience with industrial electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
Familiarity with robotic systems troubleshooting and programming.
Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to meet deadlines and remain effective during time-sensitive projects.
Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience with resistance welding, induction heating, and arc welding systems.
Background in industrial robotics and automated systems.
Prior work experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, kneeling, climbing, and working from heights.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with fumes, noise, and temperature variations.
Ability to safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and work from aerial lifts.
