Key Responsibilities
Installation of HVAC Systems, line sets, condensate drains and electrical feeds
Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and industrial customers
Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of various HVAC systems
Test and locate leaks in Refrigerant Systems
Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturers recommendations
Communicate effectively with all internal departments and customers to keep informed on work performed, parts procurement, and status updates

Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers, and various other HVAC equipment
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to read Blueprints, Plans, Electrical Schematics, Control Drawings.
Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
Ability to work independently, with a focus on quality and safety
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
Able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to maneuver heavier items (with the assistance of appropriate equipment); and work from heights on ladders or lifts
