Your responsibilities in this role:
Maintain contract documents, posting and distribution of addenda, field orders, RFI's and Requests for Proposal
Control shop drawings and submittals to review for contract compliance and establish a routing process to ensure that all involved in the work are kept informed
Lead the project QC including all deviation reports, pre-pour inspections, completion lists, testing reports, etc. and actively update the Project Manager and Superintendent
Coordinate Requests for Information to and from architectural engineer, owner and other contractors and subcontractors
Assist in assembling proposals and prepare owner change order requests
Maintain “As-Built” drawings; prepare final close out sets
Secure operations manuals guarantee and warranties; assist in project close-out
What you need to qualify:
1-3 years of relative job experience in commercial construction highly preferred
BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Thorough understanding of industry practices and standards
Strong foundation in database management (ex. Excel) and related industry software (ex. Bluebeam)
Highly collaborative work style with excellent communication skills

Understand the company Marketing Plan and assist in pursuit of projects.

Toyota Material Handling (TMH) is seeking outstanding students for our summer internship program. We currently have an opening within our
Quality Assurance Department
. The ideal candidate should be able to exhibit a high level of professionalism and sense of urgency. The intern will be assigned a specific project which is expected to be completed during the duration of the summer program. In addition, the intern will have the opportunity to collaborate with the current Quality Engineers to lead corrective and preventative actions for non-conforming goods and warranty.
This position will be based out of the Quality Assurance Lab. The QA Lab supports day-to-day operations by performing contamination, weld, and dimensional testing on production and supplier parts, as well as assisting with gage calibration and verification activities.
You will collect and analyze test data using Excel and Power BI, helping to identify trends and support countermeasure activities.
You will gain hands-on experience with laboratory instruments such as microscopes, particle counters, and precision measurement tools while learning to document test procedures and results in a way that supports internal reporting and audits.
Throughout the internship, you will collaborate closely with Quality Engineers and Lab Technicians, contributing to the resolution of non-conforming part issues and participating in continuous improvement efforts that directly impact manufacturing quality.
What We're Looking For:
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Students pursuing a degree in engineering (preference in mechanical or industrial engineering).
Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficient with MS Office applications and highly talented in Excel.
