Responsibilities Performs technical functions with minimal supervision- Prepares reports, charts and graphs for other personnel to review and present. Performs standardization or prescribed assignments involving a sequence of related operations, follows standard work methods on recurring assignments but receives explicit instructions on unfamiliar assignments. Following minimal instructions, conduct a variety of tests using established methods, preparing test specimens, adjusting and operating equipment, recording test data, and pointing out deviations resulting from equipment malfunction or observational errors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalnet and 2 years experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Physical demands- Generally an outside work environment, but can involv inside work in an office depending on the task. Outside work will include various environmental conditions including hot and cold climates, working in the elements. Must be able to carry a pack weighing approximately 20-50 lbs. Must be able to walk comfortably for several miles, potentially carrying previously mentioned pack. Work site will be Fort Hood, TX but may require extended temporary duty to other sites in continental USA. Ability to operate office equipment, such as a personal computer, phone systems, printers, etc. Must demonstrate professional behavior at all time when dealing with management, customers and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Independent transportation to office or work site is required. Ability to pass a drug screen
