We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. + Support proofs-of-concepts (POC's) to enact new processes, tools, and technologies in Ryder Maintenance locations. Provide Project Management standards and artifacts, liaise between stakeholders, ensure scope, measurement, documentation, communication/training, and feedback forums.
+ Facilitate brainstorming/ideation events, Value Stream process mapping events, and Kaizen/improvement events to discover improvement opportunities as precursors to projects; perform pre-work, manage teams, direct event flow and closure summary and report outs, and follow-up through measurement tracking.
+ Participate in IT-related activities across the scope of assigned projects and POC's; analyze business processes in tandem with IT, prepare detailed business requirements and documentation, generate and/or review user acceptance criteria, participate in user acceptance testing, assist with change management and training documentation.
