Responsibilities
We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

* Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
* Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
* Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
* Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
* Fuel and stage vehicle

Reporting to the Senior Manager of State Tax Compliance and Controversy, the Senior Tax Associate role entails accumulating, assembling, evaluating, and maintaining tax compliance information and data. The Senior Tax Accountant will work with the US tax team and outside tax preparers for the preparation of state and local tax returns. The role involves preparation and/or review of tax and accounting workpapers for tax return compliance, government audits for income and non-income taxes, and working with management in tax planning and research.
In this role you will get to:
* Assist with analytical review and managing the tax compliance process in an accurate and timely fashion, including compilation of supporting data, coordination with Big 4 firm. Returns include income, franchise, capital, sales/Use, property, and information returns among others. Preparation of the state income/franchise estimates. Update and develop workpapers for book/tax differences and other support for the tax accounting team.
* Assist the tax provision team on a quarterly or as needed basis with income tax specific schedules, such as state effective tax rate and similar analysis. Prepare tax forecasting for FP&A for budget and accrual purposes.
* Maintenance and enforcement of a tax reporting due date calendar system which includes federal and state filings for BHI and the related companies.
* Research and respond to notices and inquiries from tax or other authorities and auditors. Maintain, and continue to develop, a system for tracking the notices and resolution.
* Assist with state income tax nexus studies and ability to identify nexus creating events. Monitor and communicate any changes in state tax laws/regulations and assist with determining the state tax impact of the changes.
* Ability to research state tax issues and develop memoranda to support the conclusion. May be asked to assist the Federal team with researching issues or support for tax positions.
What you have:
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field
* Experience in the field (3-5 years)
* Public Accounting experience preferred.
* Proficient with MS Office applications, tax research, and AI tools.
* Experience with Oracle and Hyperion software preferred
* Licensed CPA or MST Preferred
* Comprehensive knowledge of State and local tax law. Experience with Federal tax compliance is a bonus.
* Strong analytical ability to identify challenges, provide solutions, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss highly technical issues.

Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
* Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
* Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
* Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
* Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
* Fuel and stage vehicle
* Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
* Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
* Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
* Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
* Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
* Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location
Additional Responsibilities
* Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
* Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
