The Truck Loadout Operator is responsible for loading all trucks scheduled and maintaining quality, housekeeping, and safety in the truck load out area.
Responsibilities
• Perform and document required inspections of equipment and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Operate truck load out equipment including HMI touchscreen and adjust according to product output
• Follow all workplace and job safety procedures.
• Confirm all reporting and inventory accurately completed as required.
• Communicate operational information and Escalate issues promptly for proper resolution.
• Enter maintenance work requests as applicable.
• Perform/coordinate maintenance on equipment per job instructions.
• Perform/coordinate housekeeping to maintain to required standard.
• Perform other duties as required and serve as a back-up resource as needed

• Ability to work multiple shift schedules to support 24x7 operations

Job Description
Position Purpose:
The Operator I operates and maintains sludge, dewatering treatment, processing, disposal and testing equipment in an industrial facility to purify water to meet customer specifications and state discharge permit requirements.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities.
Consistently demonstrates the ability to learn and independently operate assigned machines and equipment meeting or exceeding processing, quality, and safety requirements.
Demonstrates the ability to learn and independently operate equipment such as pumps, engines, generators, valves, gates, mixers, conveyors, blowers, dryers, chemical feed, sludge processing filters, belt presses and measuring/control devices, testing equipment and material handling equipment.
Demonstrates the ability to learn the proper utilization of waste-water laboratory equipment.
Must demonstrate a working ability to use computer programs for process control.
Work Environment:
Spends 100% of the time in an operations environment.
May need to work outside in inclement weather conditions and drive company vehicles to perform duties.
Possible Work Hazards
: May be exposed to possible operations hazards including fumes, toxic and caustic chemicals, heavy machinery, high pressure, hot or cold work environment temperatures, slippery surfaces, water hazards and electrical equipment.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Some experience in a related position and work environment is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must have the ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational, process, safety and quality instructions).
Must have the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities.
Must be able to serve rotational 24-hour emergency on-call if required by site.
Required Certification/Licenses/Training:
Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
Ability to obtain certification to operate forklift and personnel lift.
Physical Requirements:
Amount of time spent - Standing 35%, Walking 25% for as many as three miles per shift.

The Mobile Equipment Operator is responsible for the logistical movement of raw and finished production through the operational process on assigned shifts. Operates equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety/quality standards.
Responsibilities
Safe operations of heavy industrial equipment such as Front-End Loaders, clamp fork and caterpillar forest machine track loaders to unload log trucks and load logs into production equipment and log storage areas.
Inspect equipment and inform appropriate point of contact of potentially unsafe and/or improperly operating equipment.
Understand mix, mix piles, and mix targets when feeding various types of fiber into process.
Perform daily checks and basic maintenance, including blowing, washing, and greasing, to keep equipment in clean, good working order.
Monitor and adjust wood yard control room operating parameters to ensure target safety, quality, and productivity targets.
Proficiency in maintaining the proper paperwork.
Perform daily housekeeping duties of work area to keep it up to company standards.
Responsible for other duties assigned for the job.
