Under immediate supervision, performs skilled services within the Municipal Services Department/ Collection System Maintenance Division, involving operating a variety of heavy construction and right-of-way equipment. Constructs, repairs, and maintains roads, sewers, fields and rights-of-way; performs traffic control duties; performs minor repairs and maintenance on equipment. Operates snow removal equipment as required. Prepares logs and reports of work completed. Performs emergency services during non-business hours, as needed. Communicates with citizens and customers.
