Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

This role involves welding aluminum in a ship/boat building environment. Candidates must be proficient in reading blueprints, welding in multiple positions, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (40 hours per week)
Potential for overtime on weekdays and weekends
Education or Required Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in the ship/boat building industry welding aluminum
Must be able to read blueprints
Must be able to tack, distribute heat evenly, and lay a clean bead
Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Mock Weld Test
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail to support a high-quality assurance program
Excellent math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately
Proficient in either fitting or welding aluminum
Ability to repair defective welds
Ability to weld in all positions (uphill, downhill, horizontal, pipe, or flat)
Safe operation of power equipment in compliance with safety standards
Strong work ethic
Ability to operate power tools (grinders, saws, drills, etc.)
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly
