The Estimator will be responsible for providing details (take-offs) for each proposal issued to them by the Estimating Manager, reviewing each customer RFQ and organizing proper and prompt proposal preparation using standard forms and methods. Experience in automotive and industrial conveyor systems related specifically to paint shops, body shops, assembly plants, engine plants, stamping plants, steel mills, and chemical plants, preferred. Knowledge of fabrications, iron work, piping, pneumatics, sheet metal, mechanical drives, heavy equipment relocation and setting, millwright and rigging work. Knowledge of field equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, scissor lifts, lulls, all types of crane sizing calculations and usage.
