Clearing faulty and unsafe conditions, including maintaining or restoring electrical service by temporary or permanent means. 2. This includes all URD/DB single phase systems and three-phase radials. 3. Operate switching and control devices on both the overhead and underground systems. (Pad mounted equipment 4. Replace transformers with assistance of other qualified employee(s); 6. Replace damaged or faulty equipment during the initial response. 7. Perform streetlight repair work including replacing defective bulbs, photocells, and heads along with new installations. 8. Install and remove minimal cover up as needed. This may include primary conductors; 9. Perform secondary overhead and URD service connections associated with connecting customers, including new customer connections; 10. Perform overhead distribution system line patrols 11. Perform URD and overhead equipment inspections; 12. Make current and voltage measurements, as required; 13. Determine and record causes of failures and communicate the findings to the SOC; 14. Communicate the status of outages to the SOC - on-site, restoration projections, ETRs, etc.; 15. Investigate customer concerns, communicate with customer when needed to provide information; 16. Investigate and correct complaints of interference to telephone, radio, or television reception; 17. Document and submit required records and reports associated with trouble, line patrols, equipment inspections, and other related work; 18. Utilize mobile data terminals as instructed. 19. Operate GOABs that Line Mechanics operate (excluding GOABs with keyed interlock systems), reclosers and cutouts when needed, as well as other equipment that Line Mechanics currently operate. 20. External substation inspections. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires at least one year of experience, must be a fully qualified Line Mechanic in order to be considered. High school diploma or equivalent. It is preferred that individuals hold a valid Commercial driver's license (CDL) and satisfactory clean driving record. Must be physically able to perform the “essential duties” of the Line Mechanic position, as described above. The Billing Specialist is responsible for maintaining, updating, and calculating necessary data to prepare billing invoices, communicating with customers to provide information about fees or to obtain payment information and updating accounting information and customer accounts to ensure accurate billing information is sent out in a timely manner. Pay: $20-$22 Hourly #INDSJ Key Responsibilities Manages communications with customers regarding account status and issues reminders or final notice statements as needed. Collects and sorts all invoices, credits, bills and order statements to ensure proper organization of records. Inputs customer payments into the billing system and manages account balances to prevent inconsistencies and discover outstanding debt balances early to ensure timely collections. Prepares customer account statements and ensures delivery of customer invoicing using electronic, standard or certified mail services. Updates records to reflect issued invoices, processed payments, account balances and customer contact information to ensure the accuracy of accounting records. Works with internal accounts receivable department to pursue past due customer accounts bringing them up-to-date and once again generating revenue for the division. The RoleThe Showroom Client Support Specialist at Waterworks manages the full lifecycle of client orders. In this role, you will work closely with our showroom sales team and our clients to manage multiple interior design project orders from pre order through shipping; ensuring client's receive product when they need it and providing the luxury service experience expected from our brand. You will also help with other showroom operational responsibilities that could include receiving/sending shipments, inventory transfers, processing refunds. Combine your passion for design, luxury products and the sales environment with a customer-centric approach to conducting day to day business in a fast-paced, showroom environment! The Greenwich Showroom is open Monday-Saturday and will require weekend flexibility.Responsibilities Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers. Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Manage and track all order reporting data. Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments. Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements 2+ years administrative or project management experience. Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills.
