The Senior Escalations Expert works directly with Sunrun Customer Care, Collections, Field Service, Consumer Compliance, Legal, and Executives with a focus on customer satisfaction in order to effectively de-escalate priority, complex, and high risk customer disputes and prevent similar situations in the future. This person will be laser focused on customer communications, internal coordination, case management, and above all, being the beloved and trusted partner for our customers. The Senior Escalations Expert will be responsible for highly prioritized customer issues related, but not limited, to executive escalations, sensitive accounts, certain legal specialties, pre-activation cases, and other sensitive, high risk escalation categories.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess a nuanced understanding of cultural and communication styles to effectively support our Spanish-speaking customers in Puerto Rico. The successful candidate will be expected to provide support that requires a high degree of cultural competence and an ability to be understood clearly by our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and resolve all escalated customer issues consistent with Sunrun guidelines, serving as the customer's single point of contact.
Requires no oversight or instruction when directly interacting with executives in a professional and concise manner.
Begins forming positive relationships with important third parties, actioning feedback and highlighting Sunrun's best practices and speedy resolutions.
Works directly with Staff Prevention SMEs to contribute to, and enforce, processes, training, and consequences based on customer escalation insights.
Deliver world-class customer experience for customers led by empathy and a “can do” attitude.
Set and achieve customer expectations through all points of contact, providing regular proactive communication on case and project status, timelines, and next steps.
Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer questions and requests, thinking outside the box about complex issues, providing a seamless customer experience with little or no handoffs between team members or other departments.
Work with customers and internal scheduling teams to schedule site visit appointments, ensure completion, and appropriate follow-up.
Obtain signatures on time sensitive and confidential documents.
Document all relevant information, customer interactions, findings, insights, and resolutions in accordance with standard processes.
Maintain a current understanding of all aspects of the solar journey, including, but not limited to, Sunrun agreement terms and obligations, billing, system and battery performance.
Maintain a current understanding of all resolution tools consistent with Sunrun guidelines.
Discuss customer feedback and solicit customer satisfaction feedback post escalation resolution.
REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)
Strong knowledge of Escalations & Prevention processes and procedures.
Must be Bilingual in English/Spanish (Puerto Rican dialect)
Regularly receives five star ratings and/or consistent positive feedback from customers.
High school diploma or equivalent education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with customer success, project management, planning, and in-house legal department or coordination experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to effectively explain complex issues to various audiences via email, conference call, one-on-one, and group settings.
History of working as a team to accomplish goals and fosters a collaborative and supportive environment; Your co-workers know that they can rely on you to pitch in regardless of the subject matter or time constraints.
Ability to work independently on multiple cases with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines.
Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management, building relationships across teams and with key stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of cases, many of whom will be distributed across the country.
Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint, Salesforce knowledge preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Description
Huntington Ingalls Industries, Mission Technologies Division (HII-MT) is seeking a qualified candidate for Systems Engineer, Subject Matter Expert, Radar Systems. The Systems Engineer performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of the total system product including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and sustainability. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical and engineering principles. Performs functional analysis, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate requirements into hardware and software specifications. The engineer will present a deep understanding of requirements development in an agile environment, architecture definition/decomposition, testing philosophies/methodologies, and verification coverage.
This individual will participate in the System Engineering life cycle, including requirements development, architecture development, system analyses (reliability, maintainability, etc.), integration and test planning, and system verification.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
+ Position requires significant experience with either Radar design or Signals analysis.
+ Significant experience in anechoic chamber design, use, and sustainment to include calibration schemes, multi-path analysis, and optimization
+ Tasking includes system design and trade studies, RF chain analysis, algorithm development and system performance analysis.
+ Experience with Radar Signal Processing Techniques, System Integration, and Test.
+ Advanced skills with analysis tools/programs (such as MATLAB) is required
+ Hands-on design, test, integration, and verification support across lab facilities requiring skills in algorithms, software, hardware, and networking.
+ Support technical publications.
+ Responsible for planning, implementing and reporting on Systems Engineering activities.
+ Support technical & functional leadership through the identification of risk.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks
+ Secret clearance minimum to start
Physical Requirements
Office or industrial environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances. Lifting and moving materials may be required.
