What you'll do: Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant in the Insights & Analytics will contribute to client engagements by performing the following duties:
Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach.
Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings.

What You'll Bring
MBA with bachelor's (and often graduate) degrees with a strong academic record in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields. Alternatively, candidates may possess a PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences or related field with a business application. In lieu of an MBA or PhD, 5-8 years of relevant work experience may substitute.
Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant work experience, and 3-5 years of pre-MBA work experience.
Experience or strong interest in business, brand, or digital strategy - with the ability to connect insights, analytics, and technology to commercial decision-making.
Familiarity with digital transformation, omnichannel engagement, or marketing analytics is highly valued.

Looking for 10+ years of Business Analyst experience with domain experience in Energy and/or Commodity Trading. This senior analyst will contribute to the administration, optimization, and support of key enterprise applications within the domains of Energy Trading, Power Generation/Scheduling, Risk Management and Operational Management. The analyst will ensure that these mission-critical applications align with business processes, are efficiently integrated, and meet the strategic needs of the organization. Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of information technology experience

Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Consultant
Client in the ecommerce and consumer products space is seeking a Rithum Consultant to assist with optimizing marketplace operations, improving data flows, and supporting sales and operations teams

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RITHUM CONSULTANT
• The Rithum Consultant will assess and optimize the Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor) platform
• The Rithum Consultant will monitor and troubleshoot product feeds, pricing, inventory, and order workflows
• Provide in-depth training to sales and operations teams on uploads, reporting, and best practices
• Diagnose and resolve feed errors, API issues, and data synchronization problems
• Support catalog cleanup, new marketplace launches, and platform enhancements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE RITHUM CONSULTANT
• Must have hands-on experience with Rithum or ChannelAdvisor
• Strong understanding of ecommerce marketplaces and omnichannel selling
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical and data-related issues
• Plus experience with ERP, PIM, OMS, or ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento
• Plus prior consulting or agency experience

About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Consultant to support our financial operations and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional with deep SAP experience and a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable and will be a major asset in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Leverage SAP (and ideally S/4HANA) to extract and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Provide actionable insights on performance trends, cost analysis, and profitability.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data automation.
Assist in month-end close activities, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial role.
Proficiency in SAP (required); experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
