Role Summary:
The Deployment Planner is responsible for managing inventory levels across one or multiple regional distribution centers across the country. This role is responsible for managing inventory targets, issuing purchase orders with vendors, and managing the inbound product flow at the regional distribution center and analyzing intercompany transfers across the nationwide network. Role Specifics:
This position will minimize excess inventory and overstocks and maximize on-shelf availability.
The planner will lead cross functional collaboration meetings with the Sales and Operations organizations to facilitate execution of shared inventory and sales goals.
This position will place PO's and assist with the special purchase PO's.

Position Summary
The Supervisor, Supply Chain Specialist in our Value Added Services (VAS) is responsible for driving operational excellence, consistency, and client satisfaction across Roadtex's portfolio of Value Added Services, including labeling, kitting, assembly, repacking, rework projects, and other fee-based operational enhancements. This role oversees daily VAS support execution, coordinates with cross-functional teams, supports procurement/supplier interactions, and ensures all VAS activities meet established quality and productivity standards. The Supervisor acts as a central resource for planning, implementing, and improving VAS programs, while serving as a liaison between warehouse operations, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Client Coordination & Support

How you will do it
Order Management & Coordination:
Collect and validate all required information for vehicle orders, including specifications and upfitting requirements.
Ensure orders are submitted accurately and on time to meet operational deadlines.
Internal Support:
Serve as the primary resource for managers and drivers, answering questions related to ordering, timelines, and vehicle configurations.
Provide guidance on fleet policies and processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
Upfitting Accuracy:
Work closely with internal teams and vendors to confirm upfitting details and ensure vehicles meet operational needs.
Track progress and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the upfitting process.
Process & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of orders, specifications, and delivery timelines.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve communication between stakeholders.
Reporting & Tracking:
Monitor order status and provide regular updates to managers.
Prepare reports on order accuracy, lead times, and process improvements.
What we look for
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in fleet operations, supply chain, or administrative coordination.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
Preferred
Familiarity with vehicle upfitting processes and fleet compliance requirements.

YOUR ROLE
Serves as a lead to staff and provides the most specialized or complex support to areas of the supply chain or operations, which also includes working with supervisors to ensure staff are trained and overseeing operations for accuracy. Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Transformation:
Lead/define and execute the supply chain transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
Lead benchmark industry Supply C best practices and introduce innovative operating models to improve Supply Chain at all division sites.
