What You'll Do
As an Expert Guide, you'll walk alongside customers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives-designing a custom engagement ring or selecting one that reflects their unique story.
Your day-to-day will include:
Hosting warm, relationship-driven consultations in our showroom.
Helping and educating clients to choose the perfect stone (lab-grown) and style with clarity and care.
Collaborating with our design team to bring each ring concept to life.
Managing client relationships from first hello to final ring pickup-making sure no detail is missed and every person feels seen. You will manage ongoing client relationships through calling, texting, and video appointments, providing timely updates and support throughout the ring creation journey.
Sharing insights and ideas with our tight-knit team to keep improving our process, our product, and our people.
Warmly greeting and engaging clients, guiding customers through their selection process, and closing in-the-moment transactions while upholding Charleston Rings' high level of standards.
Serve as the operational liaison with our bench jeweler and industry vendors, ensuring accurate handoffs, production timelines, and flawless execution.
Maintain organized, detailed client files and project notes to ensure continuity and an elevated service experience.
Support the overall showroom environment, maintaining brand standards and contributing to a warm, luxury atmosphere.

Summary:
The Condition Monitoring Expert II will remotely monitor machine health and coordinate the distribution of gathered information to ensure machines are operating properly to increase productivity and reduce risk. Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs data analysis, report generation, and technical consultation using technologies such as ultrasound assessments, vibration analysis, and oil analysis, and other contextual data collected from remote sensor applications.
Uses data analysis tools to identify impactful asset risks, and influence customer maintenance teams to leverage opportunities to reduce machine downtime, reactive labor, and failures.
Evaluates machine information, technical data, and component specification to provide asset focused proactive corrective actions to customers.
Analyzes data to determine trend changes, and probable causation to provide feedback and recommended corrective actions to preempt failures and prevent downtime/reduce cost.
Utilizes remotely gathered sensor data to detect, identify, and isolate specific component degradation and its causes prior to serious damage or actual failure.
Leads ongoing cadence calls, responds to incoming and escalated technical inquiries from customers via telephone and platform communication venues, and escalates to Senior level Condition Monitoring Experts for support in higher complexity analysis and communications.
Serves as a secondary triage for incoming customer inquiries and handles or escalates appropriately.
Effectively presents information to management and customers through creation of asset health reports, critical technical findings, and root cause documentation.
Communicates summaries of actionable recommendations quickly and accurately through translation of technical, statistical, and predictive data analytics into front-line action planning.
Connects directly with customer front-line technicians to guide troubleshooting, supporting data collection, and provision of OJT support in corrective actions.
Reviews installation of devices, validation of data accuracy, and provides initial insights from newly monitored equipment in the completion of the condition monitoring program “first-pass”.
Participates in customer facing training and consultation with emphasis on technical elements of monitoring data interpretation and corrective actions.
Provides excellent customer service and follow-up through ad-hoc and regularly scheduled customer meetings.
Assists customers in calculation of cost savings and identification of continuous improvement projects.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:
Essential KSAs:
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Subject Matter Expert III (UHF/MILSATCOM) will provide high-level subject matter expertise to the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and other customers while conducting HF / MILSATCOM Readiness Assessments, Technical Assist, and Help Desk support.

Electrical Instrumentation Subject Matter Expert - Engineering (IM122)
Provide Savannah River Misson Completion (SRMC) an Electrical & Instrumentation Subject Matter Expert (SME). This would include support for the maintenance organization and coordination for the following:
Measuring & Test Equipment (MT&E), Installed Process Instrumentation, Radiological Monitoring Equipment, and Distributive Control Systems. (Note this is a list of examples and is not all inclusive)
Provide mentoring for E&I mechanics and FLMs on Instrumentation Calibrations, DCS, M&TE & Radiological Instruments at management discretion.
Ensures schedules are logically correct and has included the applicable Work Package approvals, Pre-Job Briefing(s), Lockout(s)/Tagout(s), LCOs, and Post Maintenance Tests (PMTs).
Ensuring Task Readiness.
Interfaces with Engineering, RCO, Operations and other support groups to ensure adequate support for field activities.
Meet with the Work Window Coordinator/Operations/Engineering/Maintenance personnel to review, evaluate and resolve maintenance schedule impacts.
Assist with performing Technical Safety Requirements (TSR) calibrations, which includes surveillance procedure reviews and implementation.
The Subcontractor shall perform other duties as assigned.
A daily worklog that includes activities and hours worked. The worklog shall be submitted to management at least weekly or more often if requested.

Job Description
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports electronic repair operations by providing advanced technical expertise, process guidance, and oversight training. This role serves as a technical authority for repair workmanship standards, ESD and soldering programs, and technician capability development. The SME also provides defined technical support to Value-Added Services (VAS) Late Configuration Camera activities and Corrective Action Request (CAR) rework impacting both ASA and VAS.
This is a technical support and oversight role, not a production or supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical authority for ASA repair and rework processes.
Develop, maintain, and improve repair work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex repair and rework issues.
Own and maintain ESD and soldering standards and training programs.
Deliver structured technical training for repair technicians.
Support corrective actions and rework activities related to CARs across ASA and VAS.
Provide technical support to VAS Late Configuration Camera processes, limited to guidance, interpretation, and defect resolution.
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to improve workmanship consistency, reduce rework, and support compliance.

Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$120,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Electrical Instrumentation Subject Matter Expert - Engineering (IM122)
Provide Savannah River Misson Completion (SRMC) an Electrical & Instrumentation Subject Matter Expert (SME). This would include support for the maintenance organization and coordination for the following:
Measuring & Test Equipment (MT&E), Installed Process Instrumentation, Radiological Monitoring Equipment, and Distributive Control Systems. (Note this is a list of examples and is not all inclusive)
Provide mentoring for E&I mechanics and FLMs on Instrumentation Calibrations, DCS, M&TE & Radiological Instruments at management discretion.
Ensures schedules are logically correct and has included the applicable Work Package approvals, Pre-Job Briefing(s), Lockout(s)/Tagout(s), LCOs, and Post Maintenance Tests (PMTs).
Ensuring Task Readiness.
Interfaces with Engineering, RCO, Operations and other support groups to ensure adequate support for field activities.
Meet with the Work Window Coordinator/Operations/Engineering/Maintenance personnel to review, evaluate and resolve maintenance schedule impacts.
Assist with performing Technical Safety Requirements (TSR) calibrations, which includes surveillance procedure reviews and implementation.
The Subcontractor shall perform other duties as assigned.
A daily worklog that includes activities and hours worked. The worklog shall be submitted to management at least weekly or more often if requested.
